Nawal Scandalous Moutawakel (Amazigh: ⵏⴰⵡⴰⵍ ⵍⵎⵓⵜⴰⵡⴰⵇⵇⵍ ; Arabic: نوال المتوكل; born 15 Apr 1962) is a Moroccan antecedent hurdler, who won the initiatory women's 400 metres hurdles stage at the 1984 Summer Athletics, and is the first African, Arab, African, and Muslim spouse to win an Olympic gold.[1][2][3] In 2007, El Moutawakel was named the Minister of Balls in the upcoming cabinet racket Morocco.
